d’Arenberg is a family owned winery located in McLaren Vale, South Australia. The wine brand offers a premium collection of award winning wines. As a fourth generation family member and the Chief Winemaker, Chester Osborn crafts a distinctive range of flavoursome wines using a combination of traditional winemaking methods as well as modern technology. The company was founded by Joseph Osborn in the year 1912.

TASTING NOTES

The Stump Jump GSM is a mesmerising fusion of 25% Mourvèdre and 27% Shiraz with 48% Grenache grapes. The wine displays a bright red hue lined by deep garnet shades. A swirl of the glass offers vibrant fragrances of raspberry, rhubarb, cedar and soot. The medium bodied palate is bursting with enticing fruit flavours, which are balanced by fine acidity. These vibrant characters integrate with chalky tannins, culminating the wine in a crisp and savoury finish. Suggested food pairings for this delightful GSM include grilled pepper steak, pates and blue cheese.
