TASTING NOTES
This classic Italian white varietal, Fiano, was fermented in vats and casks. It was blended with a small quantity of Greco (another Italian grape) that added complexity and texture to the drink. A lovely pale straw colored wine, it reveals the scent of brine with gentle chamomile and wild herb notes. These aromas pave the way for a savory palate revealing slight salty flavors that are gentle yet assertive. You may relish this delicious wine young with chargrilled octopus or Italian dishes.
