De Bortoli Wines is a family-owned and -operated company founded by Vittorio and Giuseppina De Bortoli. Vittorio started this business with the production of small portions of dry table wines for other European immigrants. Eventually, the small venture turned out to be a great success, earning a special place in the hearts of wine drinkers across the globe. The company is presently managed by third-generation De Bortoli family members?arren, Leanne, Kevin and Victor.

TASTING NOTES

Poured into a glass, Deen Vat 8 Shiraz displays a deep burgundy colour. The nose exhibits aromas of black fruit accompanied by spicy oak and subtle black pepper nuances. These are followed by an intense palate filled with sweet, ripe and black fruit flavours. Complemented by savoury oak and ripe tannins, it eventually culminates in an enticing finish.
