Sourced from premium vineyards in Victoria’s cool-climate King Valley, the 2019 vintage experienced a warm, dry growing season, resulting in concentrated fruit and fine tannin structure.

Winemaking Process
Fermented on skins for optimal colour and flavour extraction, the wine was partially matured in seasoned French and American oak barrels to add spice complexity while preserving fruit vibrancy.

Tasting Notes
Deep ruby red, the nose bursts with aromas of blackberry, plum, and hints of black pepper. The palate is rich and rounded, offering dark berry flavours, subtle mocha notes, and supple tannins leading to a smooth, lingering finish.
