Winemaking Process

Made using the Charmat (tank) method, the wine undergoes cool fermentation to retain fruit brightness and fine bubbles. Blending Chardonnay’s citrusy freshness with Pinot Noir’s subtle berry notes, it is bottled young in 200ml piccolo format for easy serving.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw with a fine, persistent bead. Aromas of citrus, green apple and light red berry. The palate is crisp and fresh, offering flavours of lemon zest, apple and hints of strawberry, finishing lively and clean.
