This great smelling Riesling is as exotic as an Italian soprano and is crafted in the conventional cool climate European style. It has a light colour with bright green edges. The nose of this wine is very fragrant with exotic musk like aromas. It has a medium-bodied palate with floral flavours. Addition of 5% Pinot Gris and 2% Gewurztraminer has added excellent complexity to this wine. It has the perfect balance of fruit and acidity and delivers a refreshing feeling with each sip. Enjoy with crabs, barbequed ribs and chicken, fish tacos, stuffed pork tenderloins, shrimps and grilled fruits etc.
