Part of De Bortoli’s expressive La Bohème range, Act Three Pinot Gris reflects the balance and texture of European-inspired styles, reimagined with Yarra Valley freshness and vitality.

Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

Grown in select Yarra Valley vineyards, where cool conditions and slow ripening enhance aromatic complexity and natural acidity. The 2024 vintage was mild, producing fruit with fine flavour concentration and freshness.

Winemaking Process

Fruit was hand-picked, gently pressed and fermented partly in older oak and partly in stainless steel. Some lees contact added texture and mouthfeel, while keeping the wine bright and fresh.

Tasting Notes

Pale gold with a faint blush. Aromas of pear, honeysuckle and white florals. The palate is soft and rounded with nashi pear, citrus and gentle spice, supported by lively acidity and a creamy texture.

Food Pairing

Ideal with grilled prawns, soft cheeses, creamy pastas or roast chicken. Also pairs well with Asian dishes featuring ginger or lemongrass.
