De Bortoli Wines is a family-owned business that was established in the year 1928 by an Italian immigrant, Vittorio De Bortoli. Currently, it is owned and managed by the third generation of the familyDarren De Bortoli (Winemaker and Managing Director), Kevin (Company Viticulturist), Victor (Export Director) and Leane along with her husband (Managing the Yarra Valley Estate). Their philosophy is to craft wines that encapsulate the essence of the region and deliver quality wines.

TASTING NOTES

This classic bistro wine from the Yarra Valley is a blend of 93% Chardonnay and 7% Pinot Noir. A sophisticated wine, it flaunts a pale colour with a green tinge. The bouquet exudes complex and lifted aromas of hazelnut, citrus and brioche. These aromas effortlessly pave the way for an impressively-balanced palate that reveals a good weight and complex flavours. Enjoy this blend with an antipasto platter of cured meats, p, cured salmon.
