Winemaking Process

Select parcels are fermented and fortified before ageing in seasoned oak casks for an average of eight years. Extended barrel maturation imparts rancio complexity, nutty character and smooth texture while integrating fruit sweetness and oak spice.

Deep amber-brown with a brick-red rim. Aromas of roasted nuts, caramel, toffee and dried fruits. The palate is rich and silky, showcasing flavours of raisin, fig, butterscotch and subtle oak spice, finishing smooth and lingering with warming complexity.
