Sourced from vineyards in Victoria’s King Valley, an elevated cool-climate region ideal for growing Glera (Prosecco) grapes. The cool nights and sunny days preserve natural acidity while encouraging vibrant fruit flavours.

Winemaking Process

Grapes are harvested early to retain freshness and fermented in stainless steel tanks. The Charmat (tank) method is used to create a lively sparkle and preserve delicate aromatics. The wine is bottled young under screwcap to maintain its crisp, vibrant style.
