Winemaking Process

The fruit was crushed and fermented with gentle cap management to retain vibrant fruit character. After pressing, the wine was matured in seasoned oak to develop complexity while preserving varietal brightness.

Deep crimson in colour. Aromas of blackberry, plum and spice with hints of mocha and earth. The palate is generous and rounded, showing juicy dark fruits, fine tannins and a touch of oak on the smooth finish.
