Winemaking Process
Fermentation took place in stainless steel and open vats, followed by gentle pressing and aging in seasoned oak to retain vibrant fruit and soft tannins.

Deep crimson in colour, with aromas of blackberry, plum, spice, and a touch of pepper. The palate is smooth and medium-bodied, with dark fruit flavours, supple tannins, and a lingering finish.
