Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

Sourced from premium vineyards in Heathcote, Victoria, renowned for its deep red Cambrian soils and warm days. The 2022 vintage experienced consistent, mild conditions that allowed for even ripening and excellent flavour development.

Winemaking Process

Grapes were destemmed and fermented on skins for optimal colour and flavour extraction. A portion was aged in a mix of seasoned and new oak barrels to enhance structure and complexity, while preserving rich fruit purity.

Tasting Notes

Deep crimson in colour. Aromas of blackberry, plum and dark chocolate with hints of spice and oak. The palate is plush and full-bodied, delivering juicy dark fruits, smooth tannins and a lingering, smoky finish.
