Delamere Vineyard is located in Tasmania's Pipers Brook region, at a similar latitude as the Burgundy and Champagne regions in France. The estate is known for producing cool climate wines. TASTING NOTES:

Showing a pale straw colour in the glass, Delamere Estate Chardonnay opens with elegant citrus blossom aromas and hints of delicate stone fruits. On the palate, the wine showcases its ability to balance tart acidity, flavours of ripe apple and stone fruit, judicious use of oak, and savoury lees. This complex and interesting wine will age gracefully. It pairs well with wild rabbit ravioli, roast chicken with butter, and mushroom risotto with shaved pecorino.
