TASTING NOTES:

The grapes used to craft Delamere Sparkling Cuvée were whole bunch pressed and fermented. This gorgeous Sparkling Cuvée presents a bronze colour with bright tints. The fragrant nose exudes scintillating aromas of leatherwood honey, making way for a lush palate laden with stone fruit flavours. Fine mineral notes combine with these magnificent characters to end the wine in a complex and lengthy finale. This enticing Cuvée can be enjoyed in its youth, with fresh Tasmanian seafood preparations. It can also be relished after a short term cellaring period, tasting great with spitchcock, poached quail eggs, or Peking duck.
