Mt. Uncle Distillery, renowned for its rum and gin offerings, pays homage to the age-old traditions and techniques of Mexican Tequila when producing this ‘Agave Spirit’. Produced using 100% Blue Weber Agave, sustainably grown in the volcanic soil of Far North Queensland. The spirit is aged for 2 years in lightly charred American Oak barrels.
