Domaine Roux Père & Fils is a long-established Burgundy family estate founded in Saint-Aubin in the late 19th century. Today, the Roux family farms vineyards across many of Burgundy's celebrated appellations, with a strong focus on expressing individual terroirs through careful vineyard work and precise, parcel-based winemaking.

Vintage Conditions

The 2020 vintage in Burgundy produced ripe, expressive Chardonnay with excellent concentration and freshness. Warm conditions encouraged good fruit development, while the resulting wines retained the acidity and balance needed for elegance and ageing.

Winemaking Techniques

Made from 100% Chardonnay from the Les Grands Charrons climat in Meursault, the wine is carefully vinified to preserve both the richness of the fruit and the mineral character of the terroir. Thoughtful oak maturation adds texture and complexity while allowing the natural freshness of the Chardonnay to remain prominent.
