Its luscious and fruity profile is complemented by the classic 'Gris' mouthfeel. Established in 2006, Edenvale recognised a market niche for sophisticated alcohol-free drinks and developed a unique process using spinning cone column technology to remove alcohol while preserving varietal-specific tastes and aromas. This de-alcoholised wine is made primarily from grape juice concentrate (approximately 6%), with less than 0.5% alcohol content. It is vegan, gluten-free, and sourced from a certified sustainable vineyard, embodying Edenvale's commitment to quality and sustainability.
