Sourced from premium South Australian vineyards, the 2024 vintage offered warm days moderated by cool evenings, ensuring slow, even ripening and excellent natural acidity.

Winemaking Process
The fruit was gently pressed, with fermentation partly in stainless steel to retain vibrancy. Lees contact built texture while a subtle touch of oak gave depth without overpowering the lighter style.
