WINERY INFORMATION:
Elephant in the Room brand was born to deliver wines which are full-bodied and mouth-filling, giving maximum pleasure to the consumers. The wines showcase expansive flavours and are crafted by the winemaker Corey Ryan. The fruit is sourced from well-established vineyards located in the coastal Robe district of the Limestone Coast, South Australia. The wines are partially matured in French oak prior to final blending and bottling.
TASTING NOTES:
This wine flaunts a pale yellow colour. A swirl of the glass reveals restrained white peach, stone fruit, struck match aromas along with creamy oak notes. These fragrances pave the way for a bold palate that is brimming with flavours of guava, peach and melon. Followed by subtle toasty oak nuances on the rich and mouthcoating back palate, these elements are complemented by fresh acidity culminating in a soft and dry finish. Relish this wine with fruited curry chicken salad or seafood.
