The Elephant In The Room wine range offers an exquisite collection of mouth-filling and full bodied wines. These intensely flavoured wines are created with the aim to provide wine lovers with exactly what they wish for. The grapes used to develop this fantastic wine label were sourced from the lush vineyards of Limestone Coast, SA.

TASTING NOTES

The fruit used to create Palatial Pinot Noir was handpicked, de-stemmed and then fermented. Post fermentation, a portion of the wine was matured in stainless steel. The remaining wine was aged in French oak for 4 months. The resulting drink features a blood red colour. The vibrant nose exhibits aromas of dark berries and ripe plums, with forest floor hints following close behind. The fruit-forward palate contains supple flavours of cherries, red berries and smoky spice. Fine tannins and bright acidity combine with these beautiful elements, culminating the wine in a long and mouth-watering finish.
