Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

This non-vintage blend features primarily Vermentino, with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Arneis added for complexity. The grapes are grown at elevation in cool-climate vineyards across Strathbogie, where early picking preserves vibrant acidity and varietal lift.

Winemaking Process

Fruit is fermented in stainless steel to accentuate fresh fruit character. Vermentino provides the crisp base, while the small additions of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Arneis contribute texture, aromatic depth and salinity. No traditional method ageing is used, resulting in fine and lively fizz. Bottled under crown cap.

Tasting Notes

Pale straw with a subtle green tinge. Aromas of citrus blossom, green apple and lime. The palate is dry and crisp, with flavours of lemon pith, pear and subtle mineral notes. Fine and refreshing bubbles carry through to a clean, dry finish.
