Region and Vineyard Conditions

The fruit for this Sparkling Rosé is sourced from vineyard blocks in the Strathbogie Ranges, where cool nights and long sunny days promote bright acidity and refined fruit character. These conditions support the production of sparkling wines that feel fresh, elegant and expressive.

Winemaking

Predominantly made from Pinot Noir grapes, the fruit was picked early in the morning to retain freshness. Gentle pressing was used to extract a pale colour and delicate flavour. Fermentation took place in stainless steel to preserve purity, which was followed by a sparkling process to create fine, lively bubbles and a smooth texture.

Appearance: Salmon pink with rose-gold hues.

Aroma: Strawberry sherbet, rose petals and a lively hint of citrus.

Palate: Light and vibrant with red berry and citrus flavours balanced by fine bubbles. The finish is crisp, clean and elegantly persistent.
