Vintage Conditions

The 2022 vintage produced ripe, expressive Cabernet with concentrated dark-fruit character and a plush texture. Careful selection of fruit from different Napa Valley sites adds depth and complexity while maintaining freshness and balance.

Winemaking Techniques

The 2022 blend comprises 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 8% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Merlot. The wine was matured for 20 months in French oak, with 47% new oak, allowing the fruit and tannins to integrate while adding subtle spice and toast.

Aroma: Black forest fruits, dark chocolate, cedar and oak spice with hints of leather
