Sourced from the northernmost tip of the Barossa Valley, the Greenock Creek 2023 Grenache showcases the best of its Moppa vineyard. Grown on an east-facing slope with ancient stone and red-brown loams, this Grenache benefits from the diversity of its soils, producing low yields of small, intensely flavoured berries. Raspberry and mulberry fruits dominate the palate, supported by a hint of white pepper from the cool ripening season. Fine, powdery tannins lead to a bright, fresh, and delicate finish. Aged for 8 months in seasoned French and American oak, this wine brings together juicy red fruit with a savoury edge—an elegant and refined expression of Barossa Grenache.
