Indigo Vineyard is a family-run winery located in Everton Upper near Beechworth in Victoria’s High Country. With around 50 hectares under vine, they focus on premium French and Italian varieties including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. Their warm days, cool nights and granitic sand and clay-loam soils create ideal conditions for wines with purity, character and cool-climate freshness.

This blend is drawn from Indigo Vineyard blocks alongside select Victorian parcels suited to traditional sparkling varieties, providing freshness, finesse and gentle structure.

Winemaking

Crafted in a clean, modern style with cool fermentation to preserve brightness. Secondary fermentation builds fine bubbles and crisp texture, with gentle maturation enhancing subtle complexity without heaviness.
