This Rosé is produced in Australia as part of the collaboration between Invivo and Sarah Jessica Parker under the Invivo X, SJP wine range. The partnership focuses on crafting modern, approachable wines that balance freshness, elegance and drinkability. The 2021 vintage reflects the bright fruit character and vibrancy typical of Australian rosé styles.

Vineyards and Style
The grapes are sourced from selected Australian vineyards known for expressive, fruit driven wines. Warm days and cooler evenings allow the fruit to ripen fully while retaining natural acidity. The result is a fresh, dry and balanced rosé with a clean profile.

Winemaking
The fruit is gently pressed with minimal skin contact to achieve its delicate blush colour. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve freshness and purity of fruit. Malolactic fermentation is avoided to maintain crisp acidity and a clean finish.
