TASTING NOTES

Jack Estate Chardonnay flaunts a delicate straw colour with hints of green. The fragrant nose of this Coonawarra white wine gives off fresh yellow peach and pink grapefruit aromas, with subtle French oak notes. These aromas intermix with ripe melon and nectarine flavours, creating a luscious, full textured and creamy palate. These characters combine to provide a long, fine and elegant finale. Enjoy it chilled with a fresh salad of Marron Tail, mango pieces, and segments of blood oranges.
