Jack Estate came into existence in 2011, when the famous Lees family acquired the Mildara Blass winery and barrel storage. Located in Limestone Coast’s Coonawarra region, Jack Estate is known for its premium quality wines made from traditional winemaking techniques. The brand prepares wines under three labels - Mythology, M-R, and Jack Estate.

TASTING NOTES

Poured into a glass, Jack Estate Mythology Cabernet Sauvignon showcases an intense crimson red colour. This fragrant wine exudes captivating aromas of ripe blackberries and fresh dark summer berries, in addition to hints of tobacco leaf and fresh mint. The palate is flavoured with dark fruits, raspberries, plums, dark chocolate and vanilla bean. This full-bodied Cab Sauv is complemented by well-balanced French oak notes and silky tannins. All these elements culminate in a wonderfully long and structured finish. Enjoy this delicious Cab Sauv with wood-fired goat shoulder marinated in Baharat, preserved lemon and garlic.
