TASTING NOTES

Jack Estate Mythology Shiraz displays a deep red colour with purple hues. Enticing aromas of ripe plums and seasonal wild berries flow off the drink’s fragrant bouquet, with hints of cacao and anise. The opulent and complex palate is brimming with flavours of ripe cherry, plum and dark chocolate. The generous palate weight is complemented by oak notes as well as fine and chalky tannins, leading to a lengthy finish. Serve this great red with slow-cooked charred beef ribs, marinated with aromatic spices and plum sauce.
