Region and Vintage Conditions
The fruit for this wine comes from the Barossa Valley, one of Australia's most celebrated wine regions for Cabernet Sauvignon. The outstanding 2021 growing season delivered mild conditions with slow, even ripening, allowing the grapes to develop concentrated fruit flavours, balanced acidity and refined tannins.

Select parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon were sourced from premium Barossa Valley vineyards. The region's warm days, cool evenings and diverse soils help produce fruit with excellent concentration, structure and varietal expression.

Winemaking
The grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness before fermentation to maximise colour, flavour and tannin extraction. The wine was matured in oak to add subtle cedar spice and complexity while allowing the vibrant fruit character to remain the focal point. This balanced approach results in a Cabernet Sauvignon with depth, structure and excellent drinkability.

Appearance: Deep crimson red with youthful purple hues.
Aroma: Blackcurrant, blackberry and dark plum layered with hints of cedar, dried herbs and subtle spice.
