JM Rhum Vieux VO Terroir Volcanique is a premium AOC Martinique rhum agricole produced at the historic Fonds-Préville Distillery. Crafted from fresh sugarcane grown on the volcanic slopes of Mount Pelée, it is matured in American oak barrels with varying toast levels, allowing the volcanic terroir and fresh cane character to shine through.

The nose opens with aromas of vanilla, honey and lightly toasted oak. On the palate, tropical fruit, nutmeg, caramel and soft spice combine with elegant oak to create a beautifully rounded and expressive agricole rum. Smooth and refined, it is equally suited to sipping neat or serving over ice.
