Part of a new series shining a light on the distillery’s exceptional spirit from a bygone era. Distilled on 5th December 1990, as cool winter temperatures prevailed, Jura's grassy new make was filled into ex-bourbon barrels to slowly mature for 26 years followed by a further three years in an Amoroso Oloroso Sherry butt. Crafted from non-peated barley and bottled in 2020 at 46.5%, this very limited collectable comes housed in a handsome, engraved oak presentation case with 900 bottles available globally. Non-chill-filtered.

Notes from the bottlers... NOSE: Peaches and cinnamon, followed by mango, liquorish and nutty marzipan. TASTE: Black forest fruits, raspberries, sweet apple pie, gooseberries, vanilla custard and crushed almonds.
