TASTING NOTES:
Poured into a wine glass, this Merlot shows a dark red colour accompanied by purple tinges. The well balanced bouquet offers raspberry and fresh violet fragrances coupled with spicy oak undertones and overlaying earthy notes. This nose is followed by a medium to full bodied palate showing flavours of luscious plums and strawberries, eventually culminating in a spicy and long finish. This drink shows great structure. Pair this drink with a lamb casserole, roasted chicken or your favourite pasta preparation.
