Vineyard and Vintage Conditions

The 2023 Seed Pinot Gris is sourced from select vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, known for their cool climate and high altitude. The cool growing season of 2023 allowed for slow ripening, preserving the natural acidity and delicate flavours of the Pinot Gris grapes. The wine is produced in limited quantities, with only 500 dozen bottles made.

Winemaking

The grapes were hand-picked and gently pressed to extract the finest juice. Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve the fresh fruit flavours and crisp acidity. The wine was then aged on its lees for several months to enhance texture and complexity.
