The 2024 Seed Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from select vineyards in the Adelaide Hills, known for their cool climate and high altitude. The cool growing season of 2024 allowed for slow ripening, preserving the natural acidity and delicate flavours of the Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The wine is produced in limited quantities, with only 2,000 dozen bottles made.

Winemaking

The grapes were harvested in the cool of the night to maintain freshness and acidity. They were then crushed and pressed at the winery for a cool, slow fermentation. This method ensures a crisp, vibrant wine that is deliciously drinkable.
