Vineyards and Vintage Conditions
Fruit is sourced from a single, low-yielding vineyard in the heart of the Barossa Valley, where old vines and ancient soils produce intensely flavoured grapes. The 2023 vintage enjoyed warm, dry conditions with cool nights, allowing Shiraz to ripen evenly and deliver remarkable depth of fruit, structure, and natural balance.

Winemaking Process
The hand-harvested fruit was fermented in small open fermenters with regular plunging to build structure and extract colour. The wine was then matured in a combination of French and American oak barrels, lending complexity, savoury spice, and finely integrated tannins.

Tasting Notes
Inky purple in the glass. Aromas of blackberry, plum, and blueberry are lifted by notes of vanilla, dark chocolate, and pepper. The palate is rich and full-bodied, with layers of ripe black fruit, mocha, and spice framed by velvety tannins and a long, satisfying finish.
