Fruit comes from a single vineyard in Coonawarra, famous for its terra rossa soils over limestone, which lend Cabernet Sauvignon its hallmark power and finesse. The 2022 vintage delivered warm days and cool nights, creating ideal conditions for producing deeply coloured, aromatically intense Cabernet with ripe tannins and balanced acidity.

Winemaking Process
