The fruit is sourced from select vineyards across Tasmania, where long, cool growing seasons and pristine conditions deliver Chardonnay with natural acidity, aromatic precision, and fine texture. The 2022 vintage was marked by even ripening and extended hang time, resulting in fruit of exceptional flavour and structure.

Winemaking Process
Hand-picked grapes were gently pressed, with fermentation split between French oak barriques and stainless steel tanks. Partial malolactic fermentation and time spent on lees added layers of complexity and creaminess, while a restrained oak influence preserved freshness and purity.

Tasting Notes
Pale straw with green tints. Aromas of white peach, citrus blossom, and grapefruit zest are supported by notes of nougat and subtle spice. The palate is crisp yet textured, combining stone fruit and citrus flavours with creamy lees and a long, mineral-driven finish.
