2. Spiced Mead (The Aromatic)

Style: Medium-bodied, sweeter, and intensely infused with warming spices.
Colour & Aroma: Pale amber with golden highlights. Heady aromas of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove, underpinned by rich honey and citrus zest.
Palate: The spices carry through beautifully, creating a complex and satisfying flavour profile often described as "liquid hot cross buns." It has a smooth, rich texture and a long, spicy finish.
