McPherson Wines is a family-owned wine company situated on Expo Court in Mount Waverley, Victoria. The company was established in 1968 by skilled winemaker Andrew McPherson. Andrew began his career in winemaking in the year 1974. He also supervises the daily operations of the family winery and bottling facility.

TASTING NOTES

McPherson Family Brut is a stylish blend of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir grapes. Picked during the cool of night, these grapes were then crushed to extract intense fruit characters. This stunning Brut features a light straw colour with fine bubbles stemming from the glass. The refreshing bouquet offers delicate scents of light fruits, fresh berries and cream complemented by yeasty notes. This gorgeous white blend is elegant on the palate filled with juicy fruit flavours. These aromas and flavours combine with a lingering bead to provide a long and persistent finale. This tempting Sparkling can be cellared for two to three years. It tastes fantastic as an aperitif or starter. This versatile white wine can be served with Thai stir-fry, seafood entrée, or with fresh fruits and desserts after a delicious meal.
