Vineyards & Vintage Conditions

Fruit for this preservative free Pinot Noir was sourced from vineyards in Mudgee and the Central Ranges of New South Wales, where cooler nights help preserve freshness and natural acidity. The 2023 vintage delivered bright fruit character with good balance, allowing the wine to retain its vibrant aromatics and silky texture. 

Winemaking Process

Crafted without added preservatives, this Pinot Noir was handled gently throughout the winemaking process to protect delicate aromatics and maintain fruit purity. Minimal intervention techniques were used to create a lighter, fresher style focused on texture, balance and easy-drinking appeal. 

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Bright ruby red with youthful vibrancy.

Aroma: Lifted aromas of cherry, raspberry and fresh herbs with subtle savoury notes.

Palate: Light to medium-bodied with juicy red berry fruit, silky tannins and lively acidity creating freshness and balance.

Finish: Dry, smooth and savoury with a clean finish.
