Vineyards & Vintage Conditions

The fruit for this preservative free Shiraz was sourced from sustainably managed vineyards across New South Wales. The 2023 vintage experienced favourable growing conditions, allowing the grapes to develop bright fruit intensity while maintaining natural freshness and balance.

Winemaking Process

Made without added preservatives, this Shiraz was produced using gentle winemaking techniques to preserve fruit expression and softness. Fermentation focused on retaining vibrant varietal character, while minimal oak influence allows the purity of the fruit to remain at the forefront.

Tasting Notes

Appearance: Deep crimson red.

Aroma: Ripe blackberry, dark cherry and plum with hints of pepper spice.

Palate: Medium-bodied and fruit-driven, showing juicy dark berry flavours, soft tannins and balanced acidity.
