Michel Couvreur Clearach is a distinctive blended malt whisky matured in Pedro Ximénez (PX) sherry casks in the historic underground cellars of Burgundy, France. Produced using carefully selected Scottish malt whiskies, it reflects Michel Couvreur's philosophy of allowing exceptional cask maturation to shape the whisky's character. The PX casks bring richness and depth while preserving freshness and balance.

The nose reveals aromas of raisins, dried figs, honey and vanilla, followed by a silky palate layered with dark fruit, roasted nuts, sweet spice and gentle oak. Smooth and elegant, it finishes with lingering sherry sweetness and warming spice.
