A blend of white varieties selected for aromatic lift and texture.

Winemaking

Short skin contact before pressing, followed by fermentation in both tank and aged barrels. The wine undergoes malolactic fermentation with light lees work and is aged in barrel for 18 months before bottling, unfiltered.

Appearance: Pale gold with slight haze.
Aroma: Stone fruit with subtle citrus and savoury lift.
Palate: Dry and textural with nectarine, peach and a light skinsy grip.
Finish: Clean with a soft, persistent fruit profile.
