Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2024 vintage in Eden Valley enjoyed a long, cool growing season with mild days and crisp nights. These conditions enhanced natural acidity and aromatic clarity. Grapes were hand- and machine-harvested from high-altitude vineyards (up to 500m) with rocky soils, contributing to the wine’s mineral drive and age-worthy structure.

Winemaking Process

Grapes were carefully selected, gently pressed, and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to capture fresh citrus aromatics and retain Eden Valley’s hallmark precision. Bottling under screwcap ensures longevity and freshness, while the 1.5L magnum format enhances ageing potential.

Brilliant pale straw with green hues. Fragrant aromas of citrus blossom, lime zest, kaffir lime, and subtle slatey minerals. The palate is vibrant and crisp, layered with flavours of lemon, lime, and green apple, balanced by racy acidity and a fine mineral edge. The finish is long, clean, and refreshing, showing classic Eden Valley elegance.
