Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

Sourced from high-altitude vineyards in the Hilltops, the 2023 vintage enjoyed a long, mild growing season. This allowed for gentle ripening and excellent fruit clarity, perfect conditions for making a crisp, dry rosé with finesse and charm.

Winemaking Process

Made from early-harvested grapes, this rosé was gently pressed and cold-fermented in stainless steel. It was kept simple and clean to keep the focus on freshness and balance.
