TASTING NOTES:

Moppity Lock & Key Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc has been crafted from Marlborough's dominate clone F4V6. This pale straw coloured wine is 100% free-run juice with natural aromatics and primary fruit characters secured by slow cool fermentation. The palate is vibrant and fresh with flavours of green apples, limes and melons. Showcasing fine texture as well as excellent weight and balance, the wine engages with its seamless and long finish & clean, crisp acidity. It pairs best with goat cheese or Feta cheese.
