Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The fruit for the 2024 vintage was sourced from cooler Hilltops vineyard blocks where warm afternoons coupled with brisk nights help preserve natural acidity and build flavour intensity. The result is a wine that balances richness and freshness.

Winemaking Process

This Chardonnay was fermented in stainless steel to maintain brightness. A short lees ageing period added subtle texture without imparting overt oak flavours. No malolactic fermentation was used, allowing the wine’s freshness and purity to shine through.
