Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2023 Pis­­ces SSB blend draws from cool-altitude vineyards in Hilltops and Tumbarumba. The season delivered steady, mild conditions that preserved vibrant acid and aromatic freshness while allowing flavour depth to develop.

Winemaking Process

This wine was fermented in stainless steel to maintain its crisp, varietal character. Lees contact added a touch of texture, but there was no oak treatment or malolactic fermentation. The resulting style is clean and direct.

Tasting Notes

The wine shows a pale straw hue with lime, lemongrass and citrus blossom aromas. On the palate you’ll find bright lemon and grapefruit flavours with a subtle herbal lift. It feels crisp and dry with good length and a mineral edge.
