Vineyards and Vintage Conditions

The 2023/24 vintage for Scorpio Moscato comes from cooler high-altitude sites in Hilltops and Tumbarumba, where naturally elevated acidity helps offset the sweetness of the Moscato grape. The outcome is a well-balanced wine with floral and citrus notes intact.

Winemaking Process

Fermentation was handled in stainless steel with early bottling to preserve floral aromatics and fresh sweetness. The wine finishes dry rather than cloying, thanks to well-judged acid balance.
